Michael Copley is the President & CEO of TPS Associates, Inc.
Mike has over 25 years of experience in the Naval Aviation Support Equipment (SE) profession as a Senior Project Manager at NAVAIR Lakehurst. While directly supporting NAVAIR, Mike worked on the engineering design, acquisition, and logistics support of numerous SE Programs including the MH-60R/S, CH-53K, and the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Offload Program. Today, he establishes the policies and procedures of TPS Associates and oversees the day-to-day operations including Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Contract Management, and customer relations. Mike closely follows the tenets of Total Quality Leadership and Lean Six Sigma with a steadfast focus on customer satisfaction.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from Monmouth University and holds numerous certificates from the Defense Acquisition University.
