Frederick Shouldice is the Director of Finance for TPS Associates, Inc.
Fred has over thirty years of experience with increasing responsibilities in government contracting, including Earned Value Management, Financial reporting, Proposal submission, and Subcontract efforts. He started in the Defense Industry as a Senior Financial Analyst with Martin Marietta in East Windsor, NJ on the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) Air Force contract. Five years later, he accepted a similar position supporting the US Army at Fort Monmouth, NJ. He continued to provide this support for 17 years. In 2015, Fred joined TPS Associates, Inc. supporting US Navy contracts at Lakehurst, NJ as the Director of Finance and Manufacturing Manager.
Fred has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
